I had to watch this video today. I could barely sleep last night, and had to go to work today with 5 hours of sleep. I was full of bitterness last night because of family members who did me wrong. I went to bed really late thinking about how they let me down, whereas I had always been there for them. I have to make peace and forgive. We'll never be besties anymore, actually we never were. I have been conditioned by my mum to prioritise family over my needs, emotions and values. It's hard to realise that they do not value me as I value them. I used to turn a blind eye on their verbal, emotional and financial abuse. It's over now. This made me so sick! My immune system is in shambles, because of years of abuse. When you are always there for people who do not care about you, it takes a huge toll on your health. I have decided to prioritise my needs and to stop any kind of abuse from now on. It requires a lot of courage to confront people, I have barely started to get my power and self-esteem back. I still have a lot to do to stop repressing my feelings and emotions. I will no longer stuff them to people please. Thank you, Trent! This video will help me to sleep peacefully tonight. Be blessed!

I have listened to this message many times and still have trouble with self worth and letting go of my past. It feels like the purpose in my life has been lost and I feel unsteady and incapable of navigating through it to feel peace or purpose. I have not been able to handle balance in my mind, heart or external world.

You are truly wise. I have always felt like not enough. Tried to do my best and put a lot of pressure. Ended up becoming weaker and paralysed. I could not act natural because i tried to be what others wanted me to be. But you know what, even if you are kind, take leaders advice, don't do evil etc, people will still hate. I haven't learned that the most important thing is to care not about unimportant things. And focus in things that make sense. It is good to learn from others, but sometimes their opinion or advices do not serve you.

Now I wanna get caught up with your content starting from the older stuff. I feel I need that motivational hand holding since experiencing diabolical afflictions have me feeling so cold, hardened, full of wrath, and even with the thought of not wanting to live anymore. Nonetheless, I keep seeking God through some type of daily prayer, which sometimes I just feel dumb for even trying, but I know I have more to lose than the enemy and I don’t want to give him the wins. I thank God for shining his light on me through my loved ones and His own love since it shows me I don’t want to do them wrong anymore and want to change.

Man I feel this everyday, I was mentally, physically, socially, and emotionally abused every day of my child hood, I lost my first daughter she was a still Born, I lost my parental right to my second daughter do to moveing to Missouri to make a better life for my daughter and my ex-wife went to prison, I was on drugs be for I was 14 years old, and that's just some of what I've been through, but I listen to all ur videos and they speak to me cuze u r right and it's helped me change and look at the world and I look at life differently
