Good video, in what aspect is plasma(specifically rbc's) clotting after centrifuge because it's not the same mechanism that's explained when plasma clots in the bloodstream with plaque buildup, pcr separates by weight.. what would be the concentration of the plasma proteins amino acids ect be post pcr 2'x's spun and pre-pcr? Considering the gasses in the plasma escaped during the process of pcr, the proteins(covalent bonds) would be stripped from the gasses, plasma insulates rbc's, rbc's collect o2 and repell other rbc's they're probably not sticking together as claim in regards to clotting, vessels restricting causes what looks to be clotting when the rbc's aren't getting through, the inhibition of rbc's movement through veins unless other than deliberate by a organ or gland including corpus cavernosum may cause damage to the rbc rendering it to spleen or GI track
