Could you do a better cleaning on your client's face as you are leaving half of the dirt in the pores. It seems that all of you do the same dirty work. I hope the clients should pay you just half or a quarter of the money that you all charge.
I would guess it was a request from a squeamish client not to be poked. The spas certainly don't seem shy about lancing anything and everything otherwise.
