There is a way to get past the electric puzzle in Amber's story quest. You need to glide over where the button is in the water and plunge attack and quickly press F as you hit the water
Also if you use any other element aside (electro obviously) dendro i believe (because Hoyo never bothered to fix that moment) you don't need to hit exactly things on top. It's enough to hit those on the ground and it'll work as well. Many people still try to shoot the arrow marked "thingy" or jump into the water to press the button. Just an observation ;)
