I’ve used sugar sheets before but to get your moneys worth and for them to be presented beautifully, you need to take your time and place them smack dab in the centre of the 'spot'. Gluing down the sheet with a small dab of meringue mix works a treat. Touching up the sides to remove the crusty bits is a good idea too.
