    This jewel is the answer to my prayers. For several years now I've been looking for the perfect gadget to make smooth panoramas with my Canon 80D. I've tried gimbals (too heavy) and fluid heads (almost work, but not quite good enough). Got the MTP-20 this afternoon. Within 15 minutes I was shooting videos with professional-looking pans. I highly recommend this product.

    I just got the Movo Photo MTP-11 yesterday from Amazon. I understand the MTP-11 may be an older model, but it dropped down in price for $50. It used to be $100 like this MTP-20.

    I order it, but return it as it does not fit my needs. It would have been cool to return back to initial position, like a continious move from left to right and back.

    Does rotating make loud noise or silent? How fast can it rotate? Fastest speed? When on or off, you rotate manually?

    A remote control would really magnify the usefulness of this and similar devices. No reviewer ever mentions that. I wonder why...? ;-)

      I bought a Neewer motorized head, and it runs only with a remote. After the first time using it, I misplaced the remote, and now I can't use the head. Neewer doesn't sell them separately. Great. Yes, they should have remotes AND usable face.

      @@drivehard2395 yes that would be a problem. Bose wave radios have similar problems and if one loses a remote for those, mega bucks down the you know what! However, perhaps BOSE can supply/sell a replacement remote -- I am not sure. To their credit they do include 2 remotes with each radio/cd player so at least that is a plan B for those. Similar deal with the WYZE watch. It requires a special usb charging cable which is easy to lose and without which the watch is reduced to being an ugly bracelet. The only solution according to WYZE front desk was, "Buy another WYZE watch and use the cable for the two watches

    What's out there that would move 15 degrees and snap photos that can be stitched in photoshopped later.

    Hi Eric saw your 1st $10 timer and video and got hooked on your creativity... in this vid you move to stay in frame of your cam as timer moves spot, do you have a monitor or something hooked up to your cam so you can see what is being recorded. I bought cheap action cam and want to take kayak fishing vids but cant figure out how to make sure i am in the shot im taking. your help would be appreciated....cheers keep em coming i subbed and liked ken...ca delta

      Yup, just using the flip out screen from the Canon M50! You cant really buy much for action cameras, only choice is to use an app if they have one through your smartphone. Most should display video

    Good morning Eric, can you recommend an inexpensive arca type ball head (I have the tripod) for a small camera like the Fuji X-T2. Thank you.

      whats your budget?

    • @Enrique-the-photographer
      @Enrique-the-photographer 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Eric_Rossi Thank you for the prompt reply Eric. It is and it isn't a matter of budget, for instance, I can buy a Zomei tripod like the Q555 with the ball head for about $65.00 which is more or less the price that I got from places like B&H or Adorama just for a ball head.

    Does anyone know of a motorized mount like this that can pause for time lapses with long-exposure shots?

      I've been looking for the same thing.
      I've looked at so many I forget which , but I saw one that you could synch it with the shutter. So I'm guessing it would adjust the speed that way.

    Do you think this would work for a Nikon P 900?

    • @Eric_Rossi
      @Eric_Rossi  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      this will work for any camera that has a tripod mount at the bottom, so mostly everything!

    So you set in your degrees and speed, does it sweep back once it hits the programmed degree?

    • @Eric_Rossi
      @Eric_Rossi  4 ปีที่แล้ว
