Dear MM, i've got a question. Will there be added a functionality which we know from LBP - the explosives working with amazing physics? Meaning the damage that is done to the objects, cutting holes in them, and crushing into pieces.
It would probably be a little hard since modifying the geometry in real time is a little tricky for a PS4 to handle, since the way the engine works in much more complicated than LBP's. Still, you can probably figure out your own destroyable objects system!
Wait was that Bill Bailey?! He does Audio too! Ok that doesnt look too daunting, I approve... That looked sort of easy or Mark made it look easy... hmmm in an hour he did audio and animated it and synced it all up
Can your team do a tutorial on movable and collision. I'm trying to build a Tank simulator. But I can't get the tank to be movable and use collision becuse it keeps detecting the turret and it flys off the top of the model. Any help would be appreciated thanks
Questions: 1. Will dreams be added with a multiplayer function to allow others to help create with you? 2. Will there be any additional dlc added to the game? 3. Does this game being added mean that you are terminating the servers of Little big planet? 4. Say if you do make a game on dreams and you think it's really good (lot's of plays, great reviews, fun etc.) can you actually publish the game for yourself so that people can buy it or will the game technically be owned by the Dreams game? 5. And five just a personal message to the creator's who brought us the Little big planet games. I love all of the stuff they're doing, but I know there's no hope for LBP 4 (Unless you start some kind of kickstarter or sum crep.) So I just need to put this out here. I know I'll sound like a weeb but screw the internet. For as you travel among the stars in your pod, know that you are one of them. You helped many others create just on the whim. You didn't do it for the money, but to just make somebody's day sunny. For many hours you could have fun even when the sun set it wasn't done. When we thought our fun was done you released a many others for us chums. So filled with joy, so filled with laughs. What we bought couldn't be taken back. Third one came, not so fast, this one was replaced with crap. Riddled with glitches mashed with bugs, though I continued on. I didn't care though, I progressed on still having problems but not so long. I knew this was from the same company that had brought us something funny. Or that's what I thought before it was Sony and Sumo digital who F*ck*d it all up. Though I still progressed with no rest. I had to cherish the memories they had brought me those years back, so to this day I will never take it back. If my comment seems contradictory, I just wanna say to the creators thank you for bringing us the LBP games, and I hope to enjoy dreams. (Can we get some F's for little big planet in the chat) Please respond
Why would their be DLC in Dreams? Wouldn't really make since, but I see what you're coming from. The updates we're getting are new tools which allows us to make even more different things with. Wonder what the tools are.
@@ark5949 I really do hope they release some DLCs when the full game comes out, maybe additional campaigns and stuff. Just as a way of supporting them, 'cause they plan to support the game for at least 10 years and they gotta get some income from somewhere, sales will stop being sufficent at some point.
@@alessandromangaXD I see what you mean there with the DLC/more story content and other goods. Just me personally don't like DLC, but Mm could use the support. Plus they did give us a good deal with buying Dreams for 30$
@@ark5949 People don't understand the value of Dreams enough, just money-wise. Like, it's a product that's been in production for like, 8 years. The music tools alone allow you just as much as any other professional DAW, while being way friendlier, and a professional DAW costs around 300$. And that's just the minimum part. Count in the logic tools, the amazing sculpting and painting tools, the community aspect ( in wich all is free and no price to use the server and play infinite creations is required ). At market value, Dreams should be way, WAY more than 30$, or even 70$, but they decided to go with this INSANELY low price, at least for the early access. I would gladly give Mm lots more of money as soon as i have some and there is something to buy to support them.
Oh no... Noooooooo.. I thought we weren't allowed to use any premade stuff for the challenges.. all this time I been scrambling trying to make everything from scratch..derp !!
You can buy it for $30 and play right now. I just bought it last night but it’s extremely difficult compared to LBP. It took me like 20 mins just to figure out how to lay material down. Make sure you do the turtorial!
