I would want them to be like X-Men evolution and have Storm, Wolverine, Beast and Xavier be the only adults but also have the characters that we know and love as teenagers and try to learn their powers.
I love the X-Men evolution idea because ever since the X-Men first class saga began and then later we see a young Scott,Jean, nightcrawler,angel, jubilee, but no rogue, bobby, Kitty it just feels weird not having the other team members since days of future past altered the timeline in a big way.
I hope cyclops is the lead. Wolverine should take a bit of a back seat. Personally I would love to see his origin done write with more of a horror tone

Iceman was and has always been my favorite since i was little, when they revealed he was gay i was excited to just see more character depth, wasnt to thrilled on how it was revealed though.
