Fun fact: Dragon Raja is actually a series of chinese novels starting from 2011. The reason why luminous is the mc in the game is cuz luming fei (luminous) is the main character in the books.

The difference is that Genshin is solo game with co op feature, so any whaling is for your own benefit. You don't have to spend money to progress while Dragon Raja is online multipylayer. Whales ahev HUGE advantage over f2p players. Not only that but everything in the game is gem locled and there is so much you can get as a f2p player, but a whale can you top up and buy gems or crystals i forgot because I haven't played in a while.
I got to lvl 100 and any type of pvp is gone if you are f2p. You simply can't win, they instant kill you.
Wrong, im an f2p still i managed to handle whales on PVP , its mostly how u play game bro, and its an MMO u dont need to do it on your own loo
@@RonMaG in solo pvp whales will always deal more damage and have more stats because of the costumes and mounts that only whales can get , they always have a higher chance of winning if not always.
My f2p friend can never defeat me in duels because he deals low dmg.

i play dragon raja before genshin release. imo, its a good and a bit fun at first but then it get boring because u keep doing the same things over and over again the daily and club event , on top of that its heavily p2w game which killed the fun for a f2p player especially in cs/pvp which is impossible to fight those who pay for the game(money is power) meanwhile genshin, its a open world game , big place and map to explore, never ending story(mq and world quest) you just having fun on ur own way. its semi-p2w , u either can spend money to get ur waifu/husbando or just wish and pray for the character/weapon hopefully u get it. pity system is nice , u don't need to have 90 pull since u mostly guarantee to get 5 star wep/char on 75 pull. genshin have no pvp only co op, so there is no competition there, no need to get thirsty for pvp showing off whos stronger and stuff so imma say its a peaceful and no drama kind of peace.

@@Angel-ug8bu I don't know what the SEA version is, but imo dragon raja is an unpolished mess, has the worst animations out of the three games, story and cutscenes looked like a 10 year old directed them, gameplay repetitive and pay2win af, the sword class design is even directly copy-pasted from nier:a, from the weapon to animations, except shittier. it was entertaining for a short while tho when you first explore the map. it tries to be a gacha game and mmo at the same time, but there's no characters to love, and no content worth grinding for that you can't just buy. they seriously put these random one dimensional npc/villains as gacha characters for you to pull. every "event" is the same cash grab "spend money and then more money for lootboxes with a chance of getting some cosmetic". whales dominate the game. don't play it.
i can't say much for black desert bc I haven't played it, but if you're comfortable with gacha and not looking specifically for mmo then genshin is 1000% worthwhile for its quality.

The reason I downloaded Dragon Raja and Black Desert was just to customize the characters honestly but because I couldn’t customize characters in the other game I didn’t really care for it. I gave it a try but it took up so much storage and it made my phone constantly overheat. Plus I prefer the graphics in Dragon Raja and Black desert more.

I’ve played dragon raja ever since it came out and let me tell you this in terms of story line it’s OK however us the “mc” is such a third wheel in the game which imo is a downer (everyone gets a love interest except for you and you’re basically the extra) (it’s also a p2w so I couldn’t really enjoy the game that much the higher I leveled up which was around 100 when I stopped) In GI the story does revolve around you as you’re trying to find your sibling while traveling the world of teyvat and it’s a bit p2w but it’s possible to play as a f2p player pretty fun as well as you won’t get bored. (Until you hit the mark where you need to wait for the next updates)
Okay so out of all of these I’ve mostly played dragon raja. DR had a lot of potential but after a couple of chapters it’s kinda starts going downhill for me (mostly because I think the story isn’t properly translated from novel to game and Chinese to English).
The chapters start going down hill after the very first time you cant continue the mission due to level restriction. Akira Sakurai's dub was hilarious 😂

dragon raja except graphics is garbage, its not even a true open world and its chaotic as fuck, also, who cares of super in depth character personalization? they all look almost the same anyway bruh, overrated.
If genshin had the strategy black desert have which in every like 10 chunks you need to load for the 11th chunk so that the game won't lag and overheat like crazy, the gane will be better

I’d say out of the three that Genshin is definitely the most polished and well rounded. However I really liked dragon raja’s customization and unique classes, but really the story, animation, and mechanics are a bit wonky. Dragon Raja is also a lot harder to grind at than genshin, as it tends to be a lot of waiting as opposed to having something to do whenever you play. But still both really fun! (Haven’t had a chance to try Black Desert yet lol)

Genshin impact by far and it hasn’t even been out for a year yet and there are still many updates and areas to explore in future. It has won so many awards. I haven’t been this invested in a game since Borderlands 2. Only bad thing is for me GI crashes after 30 minutes but I can just restart so it’s fine. It has never crashed during story mode or combat which is weird. It has most unique characters and story. I spent $25 so I can get Xiao, it’s the first time I’ve ever spent on a game & simped over a character. GI is like breath of the wild. And breath of the wild is the best out of all games here so obviously GI is the best. Making wishes is exhilarating. Finding chests is fun. Dragon raja is too confusing and too much to remember. The only confusing thing about Genshin was artifacts for me.
I tried Dragon Raja and it was way too confusing for me. Genshin is really simple and once you get the system (stuff like CRIT DMG,Energy recharge ,etc.).

Genshin impact is the most fun of the 3. not only is it more interesting, the world is better and more fun to explore and the combat is more rewarding and satisfying. The other two games are too easy and too boring

@@boldandbrash259 ok and that shows how shitty the progression is. In genshin it took me 2.5 months to get to adventure rank 45 and the gameplay is actually challenging. The combat in dragon raja is so one dimensional and superficial focusing on the animation of attacks that don't feel like they have any depth. The combat in genshin is satisfying to the point where when you cast your ultimate skills they feel more powerful

Coming from an Dragon Raja fan, the game is so GREAT the graphics are awesome to. It's a really fun game but the only thing bad about it is the Voice Acting, they should get new ones. They don't...match the characters look. But still it's a really and when I say REALLY I mean really where to the point you get addicted to the game! I suggest downloading it or giving it a try.

For genshin impact, I'd say the best thing about it is the huge open world,with no invisible blocks(well in domains and unfinished areas,there are),so you can freely explore,for black desert, I'd say the graphics are realistic,i like the combat system,and as for dragon raja, I'm gonna say it has the best graphics,but in the story,you don't really feel like a main character, although I understand that Luminous is the main character in the novel (where Y/N doesn't even exist,i think),but we're still part of the main characters,but the experience of “ a Main character ” doesn't feel like one
I feel the combat comparison barely compared anything.
BDM and DR are limited to only one character that you can choose, so each class has a different unique fighting style. Like how the assassin class on Dragon Raja can have two sets of skills of Melee and Range, and a gunslinger has a different way of fighting.
On the other hand, because Genshin Impact is a gacha game, each and every character have themselves unique elements, weapon type, skills, and burst that combat can only shine when you have a full party of 4 to combine elements to create reactions, using different artifact sets to create different (mostly) versatile builds. You want to use Barbara as a Healer? DPS? Elemental support? done you can do that.
tbh i dragon raja I've been playing it for 8 months and yes it becomes boring and yes it is heavily p2w, the only thing that keeps me there are the friends i made in it that still play, the overall mmo part of the game is really nice. Genshin on the other hand fails of keeping me in it.
Genshin 1st, Dragon Raja 2nd, and Black Desert Mobile 3rd. Yes I've played them all a decent amount of time to judge for my own opinion.

I haven't played Black Dessert personally, but I have played Dragon Raja and Genshin,
in the terms of story Both is good because they have each characteristics ofc. In Dragon Raja Iove it how we can customize our character appearance. But when it comes to play style i love genshin more because I can solo literally (almost) everything,... well in Dragon Raja there's some mission that u can only do in teams (umm... in genshin we play the characters in teams/party too, I mean like teaming with other people online^^)

Dragon raja: open world customizations, build your own house , have parties, customize your ride , co op battles , servers , instant duels, the actions u can do an so much more.. BDM only had a better fightin system... dragon raja actually feels like your in the real world, real conversations. Contest , cooking ,. So many career modes.. this have everything !!!

genshin is for more of those who like the open world games! if you get attached to characters then genshin will grant you with that even more lmao. the characters have like real personalities deadass😭. i’m too attached pls. you can also co-op with your friends and make funny pictures or short clips. the quests can be held off for a long time so it’s not like you’re forced to do it right away. you can explore, cry for the characters, die from how hot zhongli is, yes, and more! the enemies are honestly so funny, when they’re relaxing without in combat/contact with you, they dance, play with eachother, sleep, sit with eachother, or just start talking. the scenery is BEAUTIFUL no joke. the characters are beautiful yet so sad. the storyline is so interesting, sad, and makes you want to play even more. the bosses can be tricky but thats the fun of it. it makes u wanna delete the game but download it again right after. the cutscenes are so beautiful yet so sad. the backstories for each character makes u wanna ball. it’s a fun game and yeah, enjoy.

Id say that that the best fighting animation belongs to genshin, cuz damn burst animation on 5 star characters is so damn cool(especially zhongli) and every character there have their own animation which means that the game isnt messing around with their budget
So I play both dragon raja and genshin impact, i got bored of dragon raja easily, the story line is quite messy and doesn’t really feel like we are the mc, genshin has amazing story-line and lores and got things to do daily so i’d say genshin wins for me

DR is compatible with mid-range phones compared to other two. Both GI and BD are mostly for high-range phones, plus most mid-range phones aren't compatible with GI.

Honestly, I joined Dragon Raja only cause I saw some of my favorite youtubers play it. I was completely blind to the fact that I was litterally a side character, treated like only one gender no matter which one i picked and was just the servant. Now I play genshin because its more open world and less p2w in my opinion. If you have a different opinion you can tell me in comments/replies.

Genshin impact experience is very similar to Borderlands franchise in that it delivers a great single player experience and an excellent coop play.
I can't deny Genshin Impact is the best but just because it's not an mmo that turns me down.
Black desert has the best pvp content regardless of its p2w but its still decent and has large community and has the best combat system.

My problem with Black Desert is how the combat is pretty much level based. Be this level and you tap to fight this monster. Levels up you go to next place. With Genshin Impact every enemies are fairly resistant and weak to certain tactics.
It makes the combat much more captivating with the element mechanics, archery and shield breaking. Making every enemy much more meaningful and memorable. In Black Desert, the monsters are pretty much a one time encounter. After you done levelling against them you move on just to forget their existence.

BDO comes last because I haven't played it that much compared to DR and Genshin. As someone who cares about graphics, BDO didn't really satisfy me. But of course, in term of the quality of the game, I am sure that BDO is a really great game since a lot of people recommended it.
Dragon Raja is the game i've played the most among the 3 (about 5 months). I could've played it way longer if people weren't so toxic. Also, DR could've been F2P if the players wouldn't waste so much money on it. Some people would think that it isn't a big deal, but the thing is that some excellent players would like to be part of the top of the ranks (because they just work so hard on it) but just can't because of the players too overpowered (thanks to money). There is a lot of competition between guilds, which makes the people fight in the world chat every time. I know that this sounds like I didn't like the game at all, but it's the contrary. I really enjoyed playing DR. There aren't only toxic players in this game. I've met such wonderful people in my club and had a great time with them. I liked the fact that there were pvps too. The fights are just so amazing to watch and to do! I was really sad when i had to quit this game of some other purposes.
As for Genshin Impact, I started it about 3 months ago and I am currently still playing it. Unlike DR, it's really hard to level up. But these 2 games are really different, so I can't really compare them. It was a bit difficult for me to understand how Genshin worked since it was my first time playing this kind of mmorpg. I didn't like that we just had 2 options for our character, but I didn't really care about it, I was just used to personalize characters. In Genshin Impact, we can co-op, which is great, but I think that it would be also good if the devs could add some more options in it, such as being able to also receive the contents of the chests in someone else's world TT. Other than that, I love how free the game is. The map isn't THAT big compared to Breath of the Wild, but it's still wide. I'm bringing up this game because Genshin is really similar to it, almost an exact copy of it. So if you know this game and enjoyed playing it, you should really try Genshin Impact. Just be aware that it is not as good as Zelda. Anyway, the main story is interesting, and there are also many side stories to follow. Even the background of many characters we meet in the game are interesting, they are just so wonderful. Also, as a simp, playing with the characters i love just makes me want to play a lot.
I think that it's all. To be honest, this comment isn't really needed, but I just wanted to share my experience. I didn't see a lot of people choosing Genshin Impact as their favorite game, so I just thought I should do it. This game is played by a lot of people, and a lot would also pay to play it for sure. It is quite surprising that this amazing game can be play on mobile too, and for free (I personally prefer playing it on PC).

I have played DR for more than 7months and i had just arrived BDO for maybe a week, and im 100% sure is BDO is wayyyyyy better than DR, from the game contents to graphics and the combat system, DR does not have that, DR when late game just need to do dailies, killing bosses, afk in training, do cs and what else? even the codes...bosses are same look, just add on more color and make it harder? thats it ? And ally chest and blitz are so bad compare to other game that related, just said that DR have so less contents, the pvp contents are bored, they dont even have the voicesound of the character, just hearing the skill sounds, but not with BDO, the graphics is no doubt, eventhough that BDO have 1 year released first than DR, but they have plenty of contents, the graphics is more smooth, the skills system, the skill combo system match with every class, got voicesound of each characters, each monsters are different, each contents are all different, you sound to me like you never played BDO...

I have played both Dragon Raja and Genshin Impact.
I only played Raja for a few weeks and I’ve been playing Genshin for almost two months.
The customization is the only thing that I personally enjoyed from Raja. A lot of times I would get stuck in place and have to reset to be able to walk around and explore. And most all of what you had to do before you could go and customize your homes, or pick outfits was running around defeating monster after monster then following places around to meet more and more people. Sure Genshin wants you to follow their story line but you can still explore freely within the world and interact with things without continuing in world story quests.
There is slight customization in Genshin, some characters have different outfits you can unlock during events and buy in the shop and you can change their windgliders.
I just recently came back to see others reviews on Raja because I wasn’t sure if I was the only one confused about what our objective was. I’ve excelled in Genshin whereas Raja I just got lost.
Oh and Genshin now has a housing system called the serentea pot. So now it has a bit more than what Raja can provide. The only difference between it and Genshin is that it has customization for your mp. But I prefer the cuter more appealing style of Genshin 🤷♂️

To be honest i find dragon raja as my favourite before genshin,why?
The storyline is developed greatly especially when you get in the 4 and 5 and so on chapters.
I had played it before i guess last year and was in the 50 something level,then my phone went brrrrrr.(i broke it accidentally)
Now i play it again and im in the 60 levels and im still not bored.the storyline just keeps me attached to the game and tbh everything is just beautiful.you can make your own costimized character,you can change outfits,you can have friends from the start of the game,you have your own home,you can have pets, careers,go on races,fight your friends,etc.

I started playing genshin too,its a beautiful anime game and has a beautiful storyline,im playing it and having fun,what I don't like about it is,you can't costemize you character or change clothes,you cant be friends with anyone till you get to level 16,the co op thing is actually not that good,i mean, its more great if we can be friends with anyone from start.its fandom is bigger because its anime design.not 3d,mostly that's why.
I do say its a beautiful game with beautiful storyline and designs.

Actually, the fandom is not big because of the anime models, it’s big because genshin’s story is interesting and people are attached to every single characters. Ofc the anime look-alike models is what drove ppl to play the game, but it’s wrong to say that the fandom is big because it’s “anime-ish”. The lore is starting to get really deep once you finished some chapters. The reason why you can’t co-op until ar 16 is because the game wants you to fully understand the system so that you have no trouble encountering strangers once you’re allowed to join them
If you still play genshin impact, I recommend you to atleast reach ar 25 so that you can fully grasps the game^^ I meant my comments in positive connotations, sorry if I sounded straight up rude
Regarding your concerns about not being able to customize the characters. Judging that this game is by Mihoyo, it is likely that there will be skin function where you can buy/obtain skins. It may not be the first thing in their to do list but looking at their previous title, it is likely so.

What i meant by my comment is that both the games have their disadvantages and advantages.
As well as that,for some reason,most people say that in dragon raja,we are "servants" but what i see is,in such games we are always helping people and doing the work,i mean even in the windblume and Xiao's events,we worked mostly helping people and doing work that could be done by the people themselves.
And for Raja being a game of otome, that is only for two chapters if my memory is right.
There's also a dating event in genshin which i see is ok in both games and do not have any problems with both.

I used to play Dragon Raja a lot but my mom deleted it because of *storage problems* basically she took my phone.

Dragon raja is more of a gacha game in my opinion. They only put out Pay 2 win events that are crazy expensive. Genshin Impact is a free to play game there’s also a pity roll if you do 90 rolls.

And all I can say is that we still don't have realistic games to play.
Depending on the server on dragon raja there will be whales for sure,since they always merge server it will be diffcult to at least rank 1-50 as f2p,is not impossible to get strong as f2p (how do I know? Cause I play for months to know about it) and is not bad if your playing for fun but it be diff story if your into PVP,like hell the whales spend so much like crazy just to be top 1-100
