During classic era progressive house and progressive trance were very similar so that's why it's kinda used interchangeably by many various old school ppl. Of course the "definition" of what defines a subgenre changes over time so progressive house and progressive trance can be different things in today's times. Also depends where you are. To me, some of the piano parts are housey but I would consider this more trancey.
