Great video. So detailed, but really well broken down to make it more relatable and easier to understand. Thank you for sharing all of your knowledge and experience👍
I am yes. I’ve been doing a leave 3 diploma in personal training, and I’ve got my theory and practical assessments at the end of this month. It probably sounds really basic for you guys, with all off your combined knowledge and experience. I just wish I’d found your channel sooner really. But even when I’ve completed the course and I’m qualified I know I won’t have any real knowledge or experience. So your channel will be perfect for knowing what to do and say with clients when I’m actually in working gym environment. Knowledge is power and all that stuff haha. Thanks again though@@Parallelcoaching

@@Parallelcoaching Yes thank you!
What are the main joint actions that occur during the concentric phase of a shoulder press? What is the main joint action that occurs during the eccentric phase of a lateral raise?
Please, can I have a pdf file?
Why not hip flexion
