I loved VPG Gettysburg the Wheatfield, played it so many times the counters were bleached out. Glad to get this new version, and look forward to playing it soon, but a bit annoyed it came in two boxes.
Waiting for the word on the bigger boxes. Haven't had a moment to break it out but everything looks good. The counters seem pretty dark and kinda dizzying to look at while in their sheets. Im pretty sure once punched they'll be fine! Love the setup sheets! Looking forward to a tutorial!
Hey you have the new two inch box! I just received my copy a couple days ago and I am getting my head around the fairly intuitive and straight forward rules system. I really like what I am reading and seeing so far! I've been really looking forward to this and, to me, I am always searching for an excellent, 19th century, tactical linear warfare games. Especially at this scale!! At this level you really feel the fog of war, the friction that it creates, the terrain and how it affects everything, and then the attritional brutality of it all. Think, the fight for the Bliss Farm, the Charge of the 1st MN, the Hornet's Nest, Col. Ireland on Culp's Hill, the Bloody Angle at Spotsylvania, there are literally thousand of such micro battles. My copy is going on the table directly for more solo getting a hold of the rules and flow, and I'm seriously looking forward to playing H2H with my wargame buddy. Thanks for another really interesting system Hermann! I can't wait to grab the canvas map too!

Everything shipping now is in the 2 inch box and folks who pre-ordered and got a pair of one-inch boxes will get a free 2 inch box when they order the canvas map - which should be available in the next week or so.

Scenario sheets? My copy does not contain these. Am I missing something?
There should be three large 11x17 cards with the scenario setups shown on them. If not, contact Steve at Blue Panther and he'll make it right.
