I got injury at groin and at ankle now I am 100 % clear with groin injury and 70- 80% clear with ankle , so after that I started rolling , stretching , and a good warm . So how can I prevent injury more
1 . Icying karo 2. Perform groin stretchs 3. Strengthening exercises of groin ( u get it on utube ) 4. Apply gel ( diclofenac gel ) u will easily get it in medical Perform this all 2-3 times a day Hope u also recover fast
