Madeni Atık Yağların geri dönüşüm konusunda, basit damıtama metoduna dayanan proseler kullanılmaktaydı. Fakat bundan sonra bu eski sistemler yerini daha teknolojik sistemlere bırakmaktadır. Bunun başlıca iki nedeni vardır. İlk sebebi elimizdeki proses yaklaşık 20 yıllık ve kendi yaşam döngüsünün sonuna gelmiş durumda. İkincisi ise ülkelerin değişen madeni atık yağ işleme standartları. Madeni atık yağların artık, tam rafine edilmiş baz yağ standartlarınla olması istenmektedir. Rafineri piyasası dünyada gördüğümüz en zorlayıcı endüstrilerden biridir. Gelişmiş ve yeni teknik çözümler düşünen onlarca firma var. İnterface -Enerji olarak bizde ileri teknoloji sistemler üretiyor ve madeni atık yağların işlenmesi sonucunda standartlara uygun baz üretilmesini sağlamak için hangi sistemlerin daha uygun olup olmadığını aramaya başladık. Proje ve üretimini yaptığımız sistemler müşteri ihtiyacına göre 3 modelde müşterilerimize sunulmaktadır.
For the recycling of Mineral Waste Oils, processes based on simple distillation method were used. But from now on, these old systems leave their place to more technological systems. There are two main reasons for this. The first reason is that the process we have is about 20 years old and has reached the end of its life cycle. The second is the changing mineral waste oil processing standards of the countries. Mineral waste oils are now required to be with fully refined base oil standards. The refinery market is one of the most challenging industries we have seen in the world. There are dozens of companies considering advanced and new technical solutions. As Interface -Enerji, we produce advanced technology systems and we started to look for which systems are more suitable or not to ensure that the base is produced in accordance with the standards as a result of the processing of mineral waste oils. The systems we project and manufacture are offered to our customers in 3 models according to customer needs.
