I loved Mary and absolutely love Nestlings as well. When Ana met the neighbor, I freaked out lol. And I agree, that afterword was heart wrenching. I dig it when an author does that.
The meeting of the neighbor was so unsettling! I like when authors write afterwords like that too, I like getting a peak behind the curtain.
Great review! I’m nearly halfway through Mary and I’m enjoying it. I’m looking forward to reading Nestlings.

Nestlings is a different animal from Mary. I know Mary seemed to be hit or miss with a lot of people. I liked both.☺️📚

i just didn't care for this book i had heard alot of positive but i just didn't care for it
We all have such different tastes in books it would be impossible for everyone to like the same ones. There’s a lot of books people have loved that I’ve read and then didn’t like. It was definitely a weird one and I can see how it wouldn’t be to everyone’s taste. What kind of horror books do you typically enjoy?
