After a long day of doing my volunteer job, get in set myself in my comfy chair and put on some Neebs and as soon as it starts I cant help but smile because you are simply talking about shoes and arguing about them xD you guys dont get the views you deserve, you are truly entertaining and absolute legends. Coming from a guy that works with oil and water in environmental solutions in Ohio, hot water freezing quickly is probably the BIGGEST headache we deal with. On top of that chemicals we use crystallize above the freezing point. Yes you guys have scientist that love your channel! I'll root for cards against humanity just to see How "board" Neebs gets. You guys are awesome!

Matthew Devine Including millions of your people in debt for life, only caused by accidents your insurance wont cover? Maybe I have a different concept of freedom than you. Never had to worry if my mother would die in debt for her back surgery. Nor my grand mother with her liver problems. Or my father with his broken leg. They just got help, and went home. Dont really know what is anti freedom in that.
I personally don't know a single person in debt for life due to medical bills, so I doubt that number. Our medical system certainly has a lot of issues (I agree with everything Neeb Gaming said) but I'd rather not have the government force other people to pay for my medical issues.
Matthew Devine Hope I'm not being rude when I ask this, but if you want to, I can show you statistics. A lot of folks in the US are in outright crippling debt over medical bills. Not to mention that you guys have over 200 thousand homeless veterans. Not to mention homeless folks in general. A lot of folks are hurting. But I am glad you are lucky enough to not seem like you and your closest are.
And as a fellow human being, I do hope you know people who are for tax covered healthcare, do so because we dont wanna see people suffer needlessly, and not because we want to "take away money from the working man".
We all get sick once in a while right? So if we all pitch in, we dont have people getting boggeled down in debt because of things their insurance wont cover. Same with roads, police, fire departments, schools. When everyone carries together, it becomes a lighter load for all.
I still can't believe I brought up the podcast idea a year ago...

@Neebs Gaming I was introduced to Pandemic by a friend, great game. If you get the expansion pack (literally just another game with additional characters, not as good as a video game expansion), you can play as a bio-terrorist and try to make the virus worse. Love the videos, gives me a good laugh every time.
I've paid more than a 100 dollars for shoes. I thank you guys for being my light in the darkness. Whenever im feeling low i watch your videos and feel better. You guys have gotten me through some tough times, from a bad break up, through my alcoholism. I'm still an alcoholic but i drink less, but I'm still working on shit because of you guys at neebs gaming. Thank you

My life is awful, my job is awful and everything is most usually awful, but one of the few things I look forward to is your podcast videos. I would love if you made more of these kinds of talking videos so I can put in my headphones and listen while working instead of having to watch something to have it make sense. The longer the video and the more talking about random shit, the better. love you guys, keep up the good work and just know you make my life more tolerable.

You guys are the best! I found you guys through BFFs and you quickly became my favorite on TH-cam. I have never liked watching podcasts, but I love watching yours. I can barely stand anybody else's gameplay videos, but yours always crack me up. I have even watched many of your videos on your other channels. I really liked your Suicide Jumper video on Hank and Jed. It was funny but still made you think. You guys should do more live action. No matter how down I am you guys always make me laugh.

There is a lot of misinformation about gunshot wounds. The bullet is only removed if it actually needs to be, and usually won't be removed until after the person has completely recovered. This is to avoid addition trauma to the area. The biggest thing to worry about is actually infection. I have a bullet in my leg from almost 5 years ago, and it really didn't hurt when it happened. The leg was sore for a while, but I have experienced more painful things than that. The only treatment I received was some antiseptic splashed over it, and an adhesive bandage. Just a Band-Aid on a bullet wound.

Yeah I've heard wonderful stories about waiting weeks to see a doctor regarding broken bones. Sounds like a great medical system.
Well whoever told you those stories have obviously never been to Canada as a Canadian Citizen. It only takes a few hours, not weeks. Speaking from experience. Not to mention it doesn't cost a penny.
Nothing is "Free"
Over %50 tax rate costs a lot more than a penny and I personally know several Canadian who have had to wait literally months for healthcare services. One friend of mine has permanent ligament damage in his knee because he was put on a two month wait list for his surgery because they only did an x-ray, a cheaper alternative to a CAT or MRI, and did not know the extent of the damage until he was in surgery. He used to ski competitively and can't anymore because of shitty healthcare. I have friends who had much more intensive surgeries in the US and most of them still compete to this day.

Both of these things I did naturally but your reinforcement of the topic really strengthened my ability to make a conscious effort on being a more positive and productive person. P.P.S. Mountain biking is so much fun. I used to bike Mount Umunhum in California all the time. Be careful though, it can be dangerous.

When I was a kid, we where outside whenever we could be. But during shit weather and winter evenings we played board games or cards. I kinda miss it, was a great way to do something as a family.

Joking Hazard is such an excellent game. I'd love to watch you guys play it since you all seem to have a similar sense of humor. Like Neebs said, I had someone I played with whose sense of humor was different than everybody else's and they picked cards that weren't funny at all when myself and other players had really funny ones.

That surgery center is actually really good, I’ve had a tonsillectomy and a cyst removed from my sinus cavity there and it was insanely cheaper to pay for the surgery center out of pocket than to use a normal hospital with out health insurance (self employed).

Just wanted to stop by and say I got to play BF1 with you guys a moment ago. I was trying to keep Simon alive while he was playing, but he kept dying. Like, a lot :) But I was there when he got his first melee kill, so that was great!

Hi Neebs and crew, I am doctor from the UK so I can't really relate to the system you are talking about. What I would say is ours' is 'free at the point of access' (ie paid for by taxes). Whatever its' flaws, that system means the relationship between the doctor and patient isn't influenced by money, so decisions are made on what the patient needs to get better as quickly as possible. I struggle to think what it would be like working in a system where decisions I made about someone's care influenced how much I earn. The main problem we have as doctors here is when a patient wants something they don't need, for example a young person with muscular back pain wanting an MRI for reassurance, which wouldn't change treatment in any way.
