Beautiful house. But one doubt. Nowadays people are constructing house in the whole land area without planting any small trees like curry leaf, plantain, some fruit trees in the ground. Trees in the ground will increase the ground water level. Potted plants / rooftop garden may be good for some level but if trees are the only source of free oxygen. It would be understandable, if the land area is small, but many people are ignoring trees, even if they have one ground of land.

House plan is not properly utilized..bcos for this much big house only 2 genuinely sized bedrooms? That 3rd kids bedroom is too small to consider...in first floor they could have add another 11*15 bedroom on front side because that big open balcony not needed. Because on back side another open balcony was there..otherwise it's a fantastic plan...
