1) Have we made a real breakthrough?
2) Have we advanced the technology far enough?
3) Do we have good patent protection?
4) Do we have driven people in lab that may want to be part of it?
5) Is it potentially a platform technology?
Characteristics of great CEO:
1) Be extremely bright
2) Be charismatic, have leadership qualities and be persuasive
3) Have vision
4) Be people's person
5) Work hard
