@St George apparently, yes.I have hypothyroidism too and at first I thought that was the case, but my endo and family doctor confirmed that my symptoms were due to low ferritin

Good luck! I hope the pills work for you. My ferritin was 7, I've been on Vitron C for 2 years and my ferrtin shot up to 45 but has since dropped to 23. While that is technically in the healthy range, I still have all the symptoms of low iron and my doctor wants my ferrtin up to 70. BUT since we can't figure out why its low in the first place I'm kind of screwed.
