Hi, how can i set trigger with different kinds of lead source from crm?

      Hi Jenjen,
You first need to set up a sync with Zoho CRM from MA to pull in the Lead source, then you might be able to set up a journey when a certain value is added. Or you might have to create an automation piece in MA that pushes the lead into a lead list called “Facebook” that then triggers the journey when it enters. There are a few different ways!

What happens if the first form has its own trigger mails already when submitting. How to implement that trigger or should I delete that trigger and go on to the journey

      Hey Jose! Excellent question!
I find it's generally easier to associate a form by removing all triggers on the form itself. Then when creating the journey select the "On Form Submission" trigger. Then you can select the form you would like to use.
NOTE*** - The form you are looking to connect to in the "On Form Submission" trigger has to have a mailing list associated with it. If it doesn't have a mailing list associated with it then you won't be able to connect to it in a Journey.

Looks like you talked about the Triggers, and Proccess steps but forgot to and mention the "End of Journey" step. Do you need that step in order to get the journey to start and complete?

Jeff, thanks for pointing that out! I absolutely forgot to mention that you don't have to have an end of journey step. Honestly, the End of Journey is very similar to "Process". In Process, you have another option to select is Exit Journey which just has them exit the journey "officially". If one doesn't have an exit journey step, nothing happens, but it won't officially tell you how many people exited the journey.
I'm not entirely sure why that wasn't included in the Exit Journey phase, but for whatever reason, it wasn't haha.
      Thanks for the awesome question!
