Probably the best dressed wedding party of all of these gypsy wedding shows. Her dress was beautiful. Very tasteful. As for the guests, surely guys own a white shirt and a pair of pants.
Hi @Jujube867 Yes, the groom was adamant that his groomsmen should all be well dressed, likewise the bridesmaids who naturally love dressing well. One thing, though. This is a real wedding, not a show!

For all I know there are elegant wedding dresses that aren’t on the show. On the episodes I have seen dresses that have fairy lights, and all sorts of other crazy bits and pieces.

You've really picked up on the details, haven't you, as you know what Traveller weddings are usually like! I can honestly say that this one was amazingly well put together, too, and like you, loved how the men were dressed in particular and that the chauffeur was so thoughtful in helping to straighten out the bride's dress. The groom too, who helped sort out his sister's dress too! (one of the bridesmaids). xx
I agree with previous comment, what dreadful disrespect from the congregation - this is a wedding ceremony happening in the Catholic Church. The party comes later - I could barely hear the most important parts - the vows, the announcement and the blessing.
Why is the congregation so noisy during the service? They're in church and it's supposed to be a holy and serious occasion, a wedding. Where's the respect?
I understand how you feel, but actually the guests were extremely well behaved, and compared to the average Traveller wedding, were actually extremely quiet and well behaved! Have you watched any other of the gypsy weddings I've posted here before?@ruthcolben7915
@helengazzara8725 I was taught that you kept quiet in church because it's a place of worship. You also kept quiet so the words of the service could be heard
That's exactly what I thought as well plain rude especially as gypsy's are al meant to be devout Catholic makes it even worse I can understand the babies crying that is normal but not the older kids or grown ups

@audreymaqks Very well observed. It's not easy to read outloud into a microphone in front of so many people! Many brides and grooms speak their vows so softly, that even though I am standing quite closely to them, I also can't hear what they are saying properly. Many Travellers struggle to read anyway, as they don't always have the opportunities for a good education.
