I know I'm a bit late to the party for this episode, but this was so helpful for me in understanding why even minimally processed foods differ from that food in its original form. The example you gave about oats and oat flour really drove it home for me. The fact that the foods nutrient profile could be changed during the processing made it clear (clearer) as to why the whole food version has greater value for your body/gut. All your podcasts are amazing! Keep the information coming... thank you!

Thank you so much for sharing this crucial information ❤ I will share this with as many people as I can around. Hopefully, humanity will gradually become aware of how our body and mind function and thus be able to eradicate all chronic illnesses and age gracefully. 🎉❤💪☺️👍🍀

23:50 About nutrient sequencing, have you looked at Jessie Inchauspé's research and books? This is precisely what she advocates. Cf. The Glucose Revolution, and her numerous interviews on TH-cam.

Am I the only person that can’t find the links to these papers? Every episode I listen to I try to find the links and I’ve never found them!

For quality advice see Dr Zoe Harcombe. Keep the insulin low. We should only have 1 teaspoon of sugar in our blood before insulin is released to reduce it. No more than 3 meals a day if you are eating correctly, some eat less.

I love your dog. What is her name? Please let her be on the video more often.
Would you please make a video about osteoporosis, calcium?
Some doctors say take 1200mg calcium a day through food and supplements, some say supplements will clog arteries. How can we know how to calculate mg of calcium through foods? Too complicated. Why don't we take supplement. It is easier.
    Thank you Dr.
