- This was a challenging bag, in a good way. My brain was challenging also, but in a bad way. I had a tough time getting started with making the video, a very odd experience. I touch on it in the video. Mostly the video is me having fun playing with the dirt, getting that gold.

Hey brother, I also have anxiety. If you keep putting yourself in uncomfortable situations it becomes easier. I had to learn that the hard way. Keep it up. It will get easier and become fun. This is a great community, we are here to support you.

Brother I get it. Believe me I get it. I recently spent an hour balled up in the fetal position, in the dark corner of my bedroom, tears in my eyes, because a kid with a pack of firecrackers let em off while I was on my
Balcony with my face in my phone. Set me spiraling like ive never spiraled before. Ended up being taken off work for like 5 weeks minimum, and looking at therapy called Partial Hospitalization. Anxiety, PTSD, depression, all that shit just hits us at random times. We do what we gotta do to survive. If you ever need to talk, I’m here. 🫡💪👍
Thank you friend. I do see a therapist monthly, but my anxiety level for the last few months has been next level. I guess we'll just stay workimg on it.
@@danscholes9905 I see one weekly. Same, mine has been tremendously worse this year. The human mind is an enigma. Nobody really truly understands it so once it is “damaged” it’s hard to fix.
