Instead of giving him an allowance and paying for his tertiary fees, she gave him something MORE VALUABLE - An asset (property)! Allowing Witness the opportunity to become financially independent, responsible, and a steward to her rentals so he can pay for tertiary is honestly the best parenting I've ever seen.

did I hear him say if he had 600K right now he would rent 10 units and convert them into Airbnb? Is that even allowed, why would owner of the units allow that when he/she can do that himself?
Some people don't want to deal with the hassle of managing different tenants almost everyday. They just want their fixed rental at the end of the month and deal with one tenant. And yes landlords do allow people to rent out their properties for AirBNB. I know someone who is in this type of property business.
