I love dragons and this is a very gorgeous dragon. One thing to consider is if you have the hair on the doll, before the face up. I would recommend protecting your hair from MSC, and everything else. That way, you don't have to rip the hair off and reglue it back on if you have to redo the faceup. Other then that, this is a very beautiful doll.
She came out so well! I love how her face turned out, and seeing the sketch at the end was super nice - I think you really nailed this one! Also, if that was a genuine question about the lines on the legs, those are called seam lines! They're leftover from the casting process where two parts of the mold press together. Sometimes plastic will leak through and needs to be trimmed off. For mass manufactured products, these are often minimal so the effort of actually making them fully flush is usually not something companies bother doing. But for artist dolls (especially resin and ceramic ones) artists are often much more invested in sanding those seam lines down!
Thank you so much!!!! I really like her too 🩵 Ooooh, super interesting didn’t know that! And yeah it was always one of my thoughts i couldn’t answer myself, seemed so unnecessary to me 😂 Thanks so much for explaining!! 🥰
Love the doll, so pretty. Are you using 2 part epoxy clay? Just be careful sometimes people can have allergic reactions 😅 and I love your craft but want you to be safe keep creating beautiful dolls
Please be careful with resin!!! Definitely wear gloves next time! Also I noticed you cut the bracelets off the doll in the beginning but you can remove the hands to slide them off if you didn't know, anyway love the concept, you did a good job! I also have a dragon tattoo!
@ I'd always recommend the channel "Evan and Katelyn" they're a husband and wife channel that doesn't GINORMOUS resin based projects and they have a lot of safety practices in place when doing them
Gloves and a respirator mask are really important if you work with resin. Even the fumes are pretty oderless thes are so dangerous and toxic for your lungs and they stay really long within the room even with open windows and so on. The damage it makes is not reparabel.
very beautiful

@@RyoVations of course! You'll sometimes see the term "flash" or "flashing" used as well though I generally hear it more in ceramic circles.
