All Butter Puff Pastry Dough | Puff Pastry Sheets for Patties | Puff Pastry Dough Recipe with Butter

    These rich buttery flavors of homemade puff pastry dough are so simple to make and store in the freezer. Thaw frozen dough in the refrigerator overnight before using. Make great puffs/patties with these by adding different sweet and savoury fillings.
    Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
    2 + 1/2 Cup (300 gms) Maida/All Purpose Flour
    1/2 Tsp Salt
    2 Tbsp (35 gms) Butter for rubbing with flour- Used Delicious Butter
    170 ml Room Temperature Water
    5 to 6 Tbsp (80 Gms) (Little less than 1/2 Cup) Delicious Butter for spreading on the dough
    Little Maida for dusting
    Tips:
    Use Cold Butter but not soft and runny
    Keep the butter cold and handle the dough gently to preserve the delicate layers.
    At any time while rolling you find the butter coming out, put the dough in the fridge to harden up a bit and then continue rolling.
    Cut in 3.5 x 3.5 inches square or any desired shape
    Puff pastry dough can be frozen for up to 4 months; thaw frozen dough in the refrigerator overnight before using.
    Or keep on counter for some time till they are a bit cold and can be bend, but not soft and warm.
    Use Cold Sheets for filling and baking.
    Bake in pre-heated oven at 200 degrees Centigrade
