其實年代唔同， 配合教學又唔同， 教的長度深度範圍又唔同。 加上， 最重要係d老師教好多人， 又有校務行政。 我記有次英文老師下午同我地叫飯盒一齊食， 15 分鐘後就去開會。 另一邊箱， 個eng native speaker個外藉英文老師每日食飽都攞個蘋果出外散步食(並非指他懶， 而係性質同職務不同). 將Maggie同校內老師比較未必公平。 如果以前補習老師同Maggie比較會公平d. 不過在校老師都要參考如何可能提升教學個cp值， time to effectiveness.
