Try out this Vasant Panchami Special Sevai Custard. This dessert is a perfect dish for this festival with ghee roasted sevai cooked in Custard and with crunch of dryfruits in every bite.

Ingredients
1 tsp ghee
1 cup semiya/ vermicelli
1½ litre milk
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp vanilla custard powder
¼th cup water
½ tsp cardamom powder
Chopped almonds and pistachios
