Try out this Nityanand Trayodashi Special Brinjal Pakora or Baiguni which has is a perfect snacks to offer Nityanand Prabhu on his day. These fritters are basic spiced, super crispy and delicious.
Servings : 13 to 14 pieces
Ingredients :
2 eggplants
1½ cup gram flour / besan
¼ cup rice flour
2 chopped green chillies
Salt to taste
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Nigella seed / kalonji
2 tbsp corn flour
1¼ cup water (approximately)
Sprinkle some salt and turmeric powder
¼ tsp baking soda
2 tbsp hot oil
Oil for frying
