Just a question related to your example on Complex Sentence. You mentioned that the clause "she smiled" is a subordinate clause because it will make you ask 'why'. Following that logic then, how is it different with 'Ram shouted', which you considered independent clause? If you ask me, I could also ask WHY did he shout? I hope you can enlighten me.

@2:02:53 isn't 'needs' because of the plural noun? because 'need' is for singular nouns and needs is for plural nouns? Eg: He's in need of a book. Their needs are not satisfied. Kindly clarify.
I have a doubt. In the start you said "Ram shouted" is an independent clause. But later while explaining complex sentence you pointed out "She smiled" as a dependent clause. But both sentences seems to me as dependent clause, as these statements can raise a question 'Why'. Could you please clarify it?

Also, the rule with adding an "s" to the ending of the nouns in "simple present tense" is not actually correct, because u are adding "s" only to the 3rd person in a singular. If you would say I plays cricket or you plays cricket it doesn't make a sense
Also it is good to mention that normally you don't say things like "Sita does play cricket" in such a case word "does" stands for emphasizing the fact that Sita plays cricket, but normally you would say just "Sita plays cricket."

Then I will go through Cambridge English grammer for IELTS for 6.5 Band and above, Cambridge Common Mistakes for IELTs for 5 - 6 Band and 6.5 Band Above. Just a question related to your example on Complex Sentence. You mentioned that the clause "she smiled" is a subordinate clause because it will make you ask 'why'. Following that logic then, how is it different with 'Ram shouted', which you considered independent clause? If you ask me, I could also ask WHY did he shout? I hope you can enlighten me.

I have a doubt. In the start you said "Ram shouted" is an independent clause. But later while explaining complex sentence you pointed out "She smiled" as a dependent clause. But both sentences seems to me as dependent clause, as these statements can raise a question 'Why'. Could you please clarify it?

Thank you for your work:) i just think in the first part of the video - for example "Laxman watched movie" is supposed to be an article before a movie - Laxman watched a movie
Also, the rule with adding an "s" to the ending of the nouns in "simple present tense" is not actually correct, because u are adding "s" only to the 3rd person in a singular. If you would say I plays cricket or you plays cricket it doesn't make a sense
Also it is good to mention that normally you don't say things like "Sita does play cricket" in such a case word "does" stands for emphasizing the fact that Sita plays cricket, but normally you would say just "Sita plays cricket."
You can´t say we had a breakup, the correct version is we broke up or we had broken up
