The owner really had to skimp on the interior decoration because he went bankrupt trying to build it, now has to sell the property for the asking price or he will be completely screwed, even if it hasn't been full furnished yet.
Never got 10 million it's up for 5,250,000 now and been for sale for over 18 months I went to see it but some of the building work is not 100% would give 4 but not 5 million needs a lot of money spending on some building work and the outside is a mess

The worktop on the island at least, seems to be Formica! WTF! On such an expensive property? The quality of the fittings in this guest house are nowhere near as good as that of the main house apparently.

Flooded bathrooms with no thought of a curtain or glas, there's no room anyway. The cupboards... open the wrong way and look tacky. Blimey, what a desaster and will be interesting to know if this ever gets sold and to which price. Oh, and in the beginning coming down the stairs one can see how badly the steps are made...
They moved to Dubai and then Australia. I think Tom is Matt's brother. Matt & Summer have another channel where they show you properties from the places they move to and also do some travel vlogging I think.
Poor presentation; You didn't show the view as the first thing in each room. You seem a bit ignorant to the design and architecture and more interested in filming each other. The architecture of this and the other house is terrible and amateurish; smallish rooms, tacky and cheap details. Client and architect wasted a grand opportunity to create something really unique that fitted and deserved the supreme lokation !

this is gorgeous ! maybe not for real living - but as a holiday house . the design is amazing nice . just the rooms are really like hotel rooms.

Harry Styles never looked around it. It's since been confirmed that was an untrue story.
I say, if this guy had just focused on this House, maybe add another floor, then no doubt all the damage could have been avoided

The construction took almost 10 years. A family has broken down and the builder has narrowly escaped insolvency. Very tragic.
