    이런영상들 보다보면 느끼는게 요리에취미가 생기려면 일단 주방이 무조건 커야하고 수납공간이 많아야하고 밀폐용기들이 엄청나게 많아야한다는것...더불어 보관할 넓은 펜트리공간과....

      맞아요 옛날처럼 대식구가 사는것도 아니고 많이먹는것도 아니고 조금씩 사다먹는게 좋은거 같아요

    Lemme add more tips:
    - Don't chop the tip of pelled garlic, and don't wash it. Keep it in an airtight container. It could last for a month. Also works for shallot.
    - Pell the skin of fresh carrot and don't wash it. Keep it in air tight container. It could last for more than 2 weeks without being rotten

    This video is really an eye-opener. Great job but I still think there's so much waste involved in storing peeled garlic, butter and bacon. Better just not store peeled garlic than to waste tissue paper, they're very easy to peel anyway. And you can just store butter in a fridge, they'll last for months no need to freeze. For bacon, just wrap them in a reusable ziplock bag.
    However I'll definitely will try some of the tips in the video (the chili, potato and onion). Thx for your tips!

      I agree. I think it waste time by storing all those things. Nevertheles, i will definetely do on the bacon. Thats one brilliant idea. Good video. I did enjoy it.

    음식 정리 보관하기 유익한 정보 감사합니다..하지만 치즈 한번 냉동하면 치즈에 basic component 가 변경해서 제 맞을 잃어버리니까 per cheese expert 냉동은 안하시는게 좋아요~🙏👏👍 in other words one shouldn't freeze cheese.

    How to get unlimited spring onions: I store my spring onion / leeks the same way as this video, only difference is after I cut the green parts I place the bottom white part of the spring onions WITH the roots submerged in water. Place them on your windowsill, change the water every couple days and they'll regrow in a few days. Free flow spring onions 🥳🥳

    요즘 소량으로 파는 식재료들을 팔긴 해도 그것들은 왠지 더 비싸게 느껴지거나 뭔가 양이 부족하게 느껴지곤 하죠. 영상처럼 전부가 아니더라도 보관해야될 식재료가 생기면 그때그때 필요한 내용만 따라해도 유익할 것 같아요! 감사합니다!

    당근 파 피망 양파등을 일부는 냉동실에 두고 나머지는 채썰어 다건조기로 말려서 냉동실에두고쓴다 당근은 채썰어 말려서 쓰면 색도 이쁘고 파같은경우는 말려서 빻아서 소금과같이 섞어서 쓰면 맛나다
    양파도 채썰어 말려서 요리에 쓰면 좋다 피망도 건조기로 감자도 건조기로 말려서 믹서기에 갈아서 쓰면 여러용도로 사용할수있어서 좋다

    특히 간마늘 보관용기 어디 제품 궁금하네요.
    밥 보관하는 용기도요.
    다만 아쉬운점은 현대에 플라스틱 유리용기 등 넘처나는데 그런걸 활용해서 담는영상있었다면 지구 살리는데 생각할수 있겠어요

    Can you make a video like this with a tiny refrigerator. I surely am not the only person in the world with a 3 foot refrigerator. And a 9 inch freezer. It’s a long ways from town where I live and gas is very expensive. So my food is really important that it lasts well. I love all of your tips and I wish I had all of those containers! : )

      시간없어 바로 이렇게 못할때 지퍼팩에 넣을 때 키친타올 많이 넣어시면 빨리 물러지지 않아요. 키친타올을 그냥 뭉쳐넣고 아래로 가게해요.

    You can freeze the garlic cloves whole in a plastic bag. Great if the garlic starts to sprout. Your ways are well organized, but take a lot of time and uses 500 containers, which I don't have.

      양파깐후 말리든지 키친타올로 닦아서 쿠킹호일로 하나씩싸서 지퍼백 냉장보관 한달도거뜬함
