Just got to play the game .... had high expectations after seeing some vids on youtube . Never have I ever let down so bad by a game .The gameplay is so cluncky, lobby full of bots, n the lack of polish .

Tbh most people want a complete game like rainbow six siege is as of now but forgot rainbow started off with a few maps and like 5-6 operators compared to now it is night and day plus most people don’t understand what a live service game is they expect 20 maps a month i understand a live service game is a game around for many years dropping alot of content per season. Also people are used to SBMM protection for their lack of skill, also hit reg inconsistent still love playing it tho reminds me of og cod
I feel the same way! Reminds me of grinding like OG COD. I started in BO2. I like that I can turn it on and have a casual game. I do hate hit registration big time! Certain guns don't register hits sometimes like the marksman rifles. I'm not the best at this game but I know how to lock onto a target! This is my game and I'm not going anywhere! I trust they will fix these issues and get better!

Since sbmm tracks throughout all cod games i take a 3 year brake i try mw3 on free weekend i was lvl 3 with no create a class and forced to play a 160 ping stack of lvl 700-900s so unfair to me because im a above average player xdefiant made me love arcade shooters and we got delta force hawk ops coming free soon
I agree i think long term the game will get to were it need to be and will always have a small tight community but this game also at this point isnt to much different from the beta that launched last year and i think that why some people got disappointed

The movement back then was being fast. Just watch gameplay. Casuals do not use movement. That's what casual means. True casuals hop on for a few matches and simply run and gun. That's why SBMM came about. People mistake CASUAL play with how they NORMALLY play and they expect the true casuals to "get better." Telling casuals to get better shows how disconnected the FPS community is.
I’ll say this team mates are down grade bad while I get bots I face up against streamers and shotti most of my lobbies and team mates are clueless like didn’t you see I just die right there in corner and you run right past by him lol
The team balancing system is terrible and i agree needs a rework but at the same time i love the variety of sometimes having goateed team mates and other times putting the team on my back and clutching a win
And we most definitely need update pretty soon on xdefiant cause mark been mia and we need action to happen cause the game is getting kinda stale needs more content needs a lot things actually I ain’t gonna go over the list what we all need but everyone should know what we all need to see and want to know
This game is definitely dead. The main reason people like it and try to argue all you want it's literally free. You wouldn't be handing over $70 let alone even $20 if they wanted you to pay access to the game.
Zero SBMM cases a skill sink. Check the last SBMM paper released by Activision. They explained it well. I think weak SBMM is the way to go, which can create varied gameplay without making every game sweaty. My K/D and winrate in XDefiant were around 1.1 when I left. It was fun identifying the good opponents and adapting to give them more of a challenge. As much as people like to think about aim, it's less than half of what makes a good player. I left because of technical issues. I had to relaunch the game every time I opened it to fix framerate. Hit detection was always good enough but never really on point. It took them MONTHS to fix the spider bot issues. Also the lack of weapon challenges was a big problem for me. Marv, your content is excellent. I wish you the best, but I'm not jumping on a sinking ship

What’s the point of a causal game mode if sbmm is there thats the purpose of ranked
