- इस हुंडई i20 में 5 से 10 किलोमीटर के बाद ड्राइविंग करते समय गियर शिफ्टिंग की समस्या है हमने बहुत कम समय और कम पैसे में समस्या का समाधान किया . This i20 had a problem with gear ⚙️ shift while driving after 5 to 10 km we solved this problem within 1 hour and our customer make happy .

Yeah sahibne yeah achhese dikhyi hai. . Meri Bhi I 20 2013 hai. In my case the garage owner changed clutch slave cylinder entirely instead of kit.
My problem was the start to become hard, then afterwards after pressing clutch and during releasing pedalclutch used to engage after a while with jerk.

I also changed slave cylinder once and after 3 months it started giving problems again , shop owner told me to change both the cylinder again and Also told me that it happens because of master cylinder
Please check your clutch set by good car technician
I20 car has a biggest clutch problem even. I owned a i20 I also face this situation that’s why I make this video

Same here. No one is selling the kit. I can't find it.
Warranty means they can replace it in cheap amount of money, if we go for it then they say to replace whole set.

My Elite i20 1st gear sometimes gets hard and when I turn on the car and turn off the car it becomes smooth and sometimes when I put the car in reverse it makes grinding noise. What will be the problem please reply 🙏🏻
First of all thanks for comment and asking this question. Your car sleeve cylinder is faulty . There is two cylinder in car one is located on gearbox and one is located behind clutch paddle. Maximum chance to destroy the gearbox cylinder because of its location near radiator fan because of radiator fan produces heat air and cylinder kit has rubber kit and rubber kit quality is not good . That’s why this one is the biggest problem in Hyundai i20 .

I changed the sleeve cylinder today but the reverse gear sometimes makes grinding noise.

Updates after 1 year of changing slave cylinder assy kit of my i20.
Cost 140rs for slave cylinder assy kit as my car was just 2 years old showroom gave me slave cylinder assy kit.
Car now runs buttery smooth.
Car should be used at least once a week. If you’re not using it regularly take it for a drive of at least 2km in a week.
I’m happy with my i20❤.
