As the societal context continues to evolve, the taste, preferences, expectations and interest of audience also evolve correspondingly. these elements of the context (e.g. technology, culture, educational level, availability of entertainment or time killing options etc.) have been shaping what the audience is looking for. that has been well examined by disciplines like art history and film studies - this is my understanding
I don't think so. The audience is an ordinary person, there is inert thinking, and I don't see a great development of thought. This is the pathos of a Cantonese opera playwright. I always call them 屋邨師奶.

兩對生旦皆表現出色, 敦啟輝好, 做昭明的袁偉傑也非常好, 各人表現很合拍, 堪稱一場好看的戲。潔清臨陣替代梅姐, 充分表現出粵劇界的互助精神, 所謂救場如救火, 亦表現到粵劇演員的記性奇佳, 同時當然亦是平時的努力, 不是只顧自己所演的角色, 亦有留意前輩的表演, 適時便可有所發揮。當天我是預先買了戲票的 , 期待觀看, 可是突然有點事, 不能前往劇場欣賞, 實感可惜, 非常感謝區小姐無私地上載影片, 令我得以觀賞, 超感謝🙏。

呢場戲，我一早已經買了最貴門票，非常期待！到當日入場欣賞，完全冇令大家失望，非常精彩！
當日入場時，都見到區小姐，真係好感謝區小姐嘅上傳，等我哋可以在家再次欣賞。❤
其實我係非常鐘意莫華敏呢位演員，佢文武扮相俱佳，武場更是了得，唱功方面，近來都有進步，若能在唱腔方面再下苦功，日後發展應該會更好。
但發覺由他擔正的戲不多，希望日後多一些班主俾機會佢。
