Welcome Mahmoud! Yes, the analysis of the stats is one reason I love baseball too. If you haven’t already, check out baseball-reference. You can get just about any stat imaginable and export cvs and excel files for free. If you’re interested in learning a bit more, check out the Ken Burns documentary series called Baseball. It’s a bit long (~20 hours) but it will help you build patients, something you will need a lot of as a Mariners fan. There’s a really good Mariners series too that I can’t think of the name of.
Kind of crazy that now many of these trades actually do seem to have paid off. Stanton one still gave nothing in return beyond salary relief. But Ozuna got the Marlins Sandy and Gallen who turned into Jazz. Those are the 2 pillars this team will be built around going forward and Ozuna is really just a DH with 1 good season in shortened 2020 since then. Realmuto trade still remains to be seen but Sixto looks legit (likely still lost value there). Yelich trade was a complete loss though as none of those guys are even on Marlins and didn't get any return. Overall, salary relief from Stanton and the masterful Ozuna trade could actually help build this team into a contender again in a few years.
