@Ganesh Poojary - Law for All sir , kindly read the below example , In last line they are telling that 3 sons will take the property but according to section 13 only one unborn child can take the property. Kindly advise.
    Section 15
E.g: A makes transfer of his property to B for life and then to B's Unborn children with a condition that a female child was to get only a life interest. B dies leaving three sons and one daughter. The interest of the daughter fails by reason of the rules contained in Section 13 but it does not fail in regard to the whole class, that is other three sons will take.

In Muslim law the unborn child have share the inheritence, & mostly they wait until he is born to divide the property or there is another method but he has a share, so this part is wrong

Few feel comfortable with Hindi. But, I do in English because there are many who don't understand English, there are many good channels in Hindi already and more over it is always good to be familiar with English because higher courts usually proceed in English. We need to be able to read and understand judgements too. So, we can't avoid English

Yes it can be transferred to a class of unborn but with certain conditions like if anyone of them fails to acquire any interest under sec 13 and 14 then they won't get any interest but other Children will get that interested.
