    작은동작에 적용해 보겠습니다
    낮은 곳에서 위로 올라가며 치는 것이
    핵심이기 때문에 애초에 낮게 움직이다 치는
    그 순간에 왼발로 몸을 앞과 위 방향으로
    동시에 밀면 더 큰 타격이 나올 수 있겠군요
    또한 내가 위에 있다면 몸을 내리며
    내려찍을수도 있고요

    Thanks a lot Sensei Imafuji! This is precisely the explanation and advices I was asking about how to do Fumikomi properly, plus a lot of more useful information. After watching it, I’ve done this exercises on the gym. For sure it will improve my Fumikomi, Fumikiri und Hikitsuke.
