Was hoping to hear some explanation of the various sample rates and pros/cons of setting 44.1/48/96k sample rate alongside the WAV 24-bit format. Got another video where you go into more detail on this?

Hello Keith! There's not really a "one size fits all" sort of explanation for the differences in sample rate. But, here are the main takeaways:
Traditionally, a lot of audio was mastered using 44.1k as this was the standard for CD's. However, in todays world this isn't necessarily the case with streaming services and physical media being less and less prevalent. A lot of engineers will record, mix, and master audio at 48k in the present day.
99% of the time (or more) audio for video will be at a 48k sample rate.
Going for a higher sample rate, such as 96k, has a lot to do with anti-aliasing properties and the mathematical functions of analog to digital audio conversion.
Recording at higher sample rates allows for more frequencies above 20k being included in the final product. While humans can't hear frequencies that high, they can be perceived as "air" or described in a similar way by audiophiles. So, by upping the sample rate, the frequency range of a recording will be increased due to something called the Nyquist theorem (which describes sampling rates and low frequencies, but you can flip the theorem and apply it to higher frequencies as well).

Hello! I just purchased this digital recording and I am having the hardest time finding a SD CARD that will work. I’ve bought 3 and whenever I put them in and try to power on the tascam it’ll turn on and shut off but if I power on without the SD CARD it does power on. I’m thinking I’ve bought the wrong SD CARD. What SD CARD can you use with this device?

help: I cant change my sample rate... I selected 24 bit on format but when I discovered that 48k sample rate was better I went back to the menu and it wont let me click over to change sample rate from 44k to 48k
