Thanks man. Afterwards, do you create the whole car in the same Part? Or do you create it somehow in an Assembly while keeping these blueprint visible?
I have a car blueperint I created and finished in autoCAD, so what if I do all of this 3D rotate in there and import the file to Inventor? will it be the same ? because AutoCAD is much easier to do this
@@wolfgang.walden.cad.training I don't have PC with such softs home, I only use the ones in my college and it's not easy to have'em able to me, that's why I'm asking I drawed the car in a paper, took a pic of it and opened it in CAD and ''drawed'' it, but Iv'e changed so many things in it during 10 months that the original drawing is useless now
@@CWSOF I see. So you could import the autocad drawing into an inventor sketch. This will work for sure. I´first thought you did a 3d model, but a 2d drawing is no problem at all.
@@wolfgang.walden.cad.training No.. Could you help me with this issue? The car I'm trying to model is not from a jpg format image like you did, it's from a DWG file from AutoCAD.(Maybe this detail is not that import, just for you to know it) As you can see in the link below imagizer.imageshack.com/img924/8141/aRBats.png In the left: It's the original screen shot In the right: It's the edited version I made in ''Paint'', so you can undestand better the problem through the colors The problem is: I used ''intesection curve command'' on the car's side window through the ''top'' and ''side'' view, but the window's curves are crooked in the back view. Is there a way to fix this?
Same as shown in the video. Make a screenshot and insert into your sketch or make an autocad drawing with Bing Maps and import it into your inventor sketch.
para mi eres el mejor Wolfgang Walden.
Saludos desde Colombia. (La Guajira)
muchas gracias :)
Thanks man , I will be trying this for the first time in order to 3d print a body for my remote control car. I will look to you for more guidance soon
Please watch the WW-109 Fighter Videos and the Car Fender video in order to proceed!
Thanks for doing this, it is perfect timing as i am trying to model WW2 planes.
Now the car still step by step completes that would be great. :-) Thanks for your videos!
I´m working on something like this.
Very usefull tutorial sir!
How do you know the scale is 2005/66 sir ?
It is an educated guess ;)
Great Wolfgang!
Thank you a lot!
You´re welcome
Thanks man. Afterwards, do you create the whole car in the same Part? Or do you create it somehow in an Assembly while keeping these blueprint visible?
Both ways are ok, just depends on which one you prefer.
Great tip 😊, thanks
you´re welcome
Will this allow me To take one part of a four wheeler and part of a riding lawnmower and put it to tether just to see how it will look
Why do you ask? Just do it 😉
Muchos Gracias!
you´re welcome
Don't you have a full step by step car modeling videos list???
No sorry, I havn´t done a complete car yet.
HI I love the video it helps a lot but how would you start to make actually make the car? Is there another video following this??
Not yet ;)
@@wolfgang.walden.cad.training when will you continue? It is been 2 years. I am waiting for 2 years!
Very paractical.
Hope so ;)
Thank you, will try it again.
THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH DEAR TEACHER.

Thank you!

와우~~ 진짜 존경스럽다.
Thanks
Hello Wolfgang, can I change the height and width independently of each other when resizing an image?
Not with "scale" but you could use "stretch".
@@wolfgang.walden.cad.training How?
Danke! Could you design a simple airplane in inventor? Thank you for your helpful tutorial.
LOL - I really wonder, what gave you the impression that I would be able to design an airplane without getting paid for it? :)
@@wolfgang.walden.cad.training, that was rude. you've lost a potential patreon.

Could be the same but I´ve never tried it, so why do you ask, just try it for yourself ;) - Did you "draw" that blueprint? Or is it a picture as Xref?

Cannot download from the blueprint site, it still ask to pay
Go for the image, that is for free. The vector-drawing is not for free.
Hey, do you know how to join lines? I really need to join, so I can model my car , since it has almost 2000 lines
Lines or curves? 2D or 3D?
@@wolfgang.walden.cad.training Both lines and curves (specially arc) in 2D
Are there any gabs inbetween?

@@CWSOF Try to use it with the front view. Some of these combined projected curves do not work.
Can you illustrate how to import google earth image into inventor 2018?

Why are you whispering
Because it is highly classified - just kidding :) With my headset it was loud as hell, but after the upload to YT kind of not.
