Just get the top caps for the DeWalt batteries or any other brand and a 60 V battery will run all four of those lights all night long in the cap you can get for like 15 or 20 bucks for any cordless tool battery
Cool idea, why not just hook it up to your nav-light power source? Could come out of the PEX and into that cavity. Don't want to do any drilling? Admittedly, this is a much prettier boat than mine so I'm not sure I'd want to!
The trick is to get the right nm light spectrum and it glows brightest.

I have also seen that happen the ball collapses when the air vent to the tank is clogged it will collapse a whole ball and starve your motor for gas
