At the same time, Karim Khan also charged three Palestinian resistance leaders with crimes he claims they committed on and after 7 October.

Ali Abunimah lists a number of crimes that the prosecutor has ignored but he can always bring more charges as soon as he gets the arrest warrant.
One of the particular cases counting as a criminal charge is the taking hostages. Hamas did capture people and hold them as hostages. Whether those were military personnel, settlers with legal rights to hold firearms or civilians, visitors, tourists is an important aspect that is typically overlooked.
Now let's take the IDF, do they ever take hostages? Whoever tries to surrender to the IDF they will be shot regardless of their citizenship. BTW, it is a war crime to shoot soldiers and civillians who are surrendering normally with hands up and waving a white flag. An army that hardly ever takes POWs is simply a criminal army of untrained, undisciplined soldiers or guerrillas whom therefore deserves condemnation and being brought to justice.

Just wanted to note the following: 1st of all most Norwegians support a two-state solution (personally I have changed my mind, a one state, secular, for all).
When it comes to Norway recognizing Palestine at this time - I want to add that Norway has de facto recognized Palestine since the Oslo accords 30 years ago. The reason it has held back its official recognition is that we have been waiting for the lines on the map to be agreed over. It will be very interesting to see where this is going.

From what you've said here, the ICC prosecutor has leveled specific provable charges against the Israeli PM and Defence Minister. Provable on the basis of direct evidence, publicly issued statements and known orders and directives. The charges leveled against the Hamas leaders are less clear in that they're based on hearsay evidence, some of which is contradictory to known facts.
These points establish credibility to the ICC and it's operations in this matter.
