Hi Ashutosh,
We have uploaded the Redwood jobs in CMDB for Unknown CI from Event tool.
But when we see the unknown jobs there is no CMDB CI against that. How we can check that or what is the reason.

What is exact requirement? Like do you want to map the event to unknown CI table? Or something else? Please explain the use case.

Where are the unknown ci in some table? And also do you want to map the event to that unknown CI?
