Did you consider the scenario where state is requested for 6 months or years? Do you think flow will keep running for that period and servicenow will not terminate it. It will also slow down the system if millions of concurrent flow is running simultaneously.

If the device has not actually been decommissioned ("Retired") but may be off for some reason, and ServiceNow marks the device as "Stale", and that device comes back online and ServiceNow marks the "Install Status" as "Installed" again, you now have what is called a Zombie CI. Do NOT automate the lifecycle in your tool. Just because you CAN do it it does NOT mean that you SHOULD do it.

I was also trying the same workflow 'List Files in A Folder' however I got error 'Incorrectly formatted request' {"error":{"code":"BadRequest","message":"Resource not found for the segment 'SiteAssets'." There is another flow action 'Upload Samll Attchemnt to Sharepoint' there are lot of inputs like 'Token', 'Collab Chat ID', how do I know what are these inputs, do we have any reference documents for these. Do you have information about these? Thank you so much!

Thanks for the video! We want the approval reminders to follow the schedule attached to the internal user and the reminders should stop when it's a public holiday and start again after the public holiday ends. so if a request is raised by a user for e.g. on 17:00 24/10/2023 who has the US public holiday schedule attached to their user record and that case goes for an approval, however that approval due date is 17:00 26/10/2023. If there is a US public Holiday on the 25/10/2023, what can we add to our flow, that ensures it can follow the internal users schedule, and that the approval reminders stop sending on the public holiday days, then the approval reminders should start to send again after the public holiday ends?

But when I am running any action of Microsoft sharepoint online it is giving me below error.
