When we feel any emotion thats when we are at out most human, happines,anxiety, rage, hate, anger, fear,empathy all of them make us huma, none of them should be discouraged to be displayed, especialy the begative ones. Yeah in my opinion is true sadly. Doesn’t really need to do with behavior and malice. For example I consider myself a good person, I have job, I have friends, I respect everyone that respect me, I follow the laws, etc. But is that enough to really consider my self good? Honestly I don’t think so because even though I don’t throw garbage on the floor I really don’t care about the planet, sometimes when I’m frustrated i get mad but do I really have the rights to get mad or sad when there are other people suffering more than me because they don’t have food or a house?, and I can keep saying more examples and honestly I’m just a functional human being that can leave in a society in peace but someone to be really good most be almost perfect

I haven't seen this anime so in my mind this sounds like a speech from a sith lord as he lectures a self rightous jedi. In reality, that's a superficial and childish vision on reality, and if humans considered hatred, destruction, vengeance, fear and war, evil, humans tend to be good? And if humans are capable to this, humans are also capable to the opposite, that's no sense.
It makes no sense because he conjured his conclusion out of nothing. How does humans possessing malice equate to it being our truest form? And what of human compassion and empathy? Why did he just leave that out? The whole scene sounds cool and profound because of the music, animation and voice acting but it's really just simplistic.
then the queestion is.....if we are so capable of doing the opposite as a whole then why have we not achieve that? answer is simple, most people are capable of that however pride, screaming egos and being a hypocrite gets in the way. Humans are inherently evil. Have your parents ever told you to be good instead of bad? We usually have to be taught to behave ourselves. I know evil doesn't necessarily mean being a hardheaded kid, but the point still stands.

But because good and evil are human constructs. Its term, definition, and use cases are entirely decided by humans alone.
