Nice work Schuey! All i can find post Christmas are the half hams (approx 800g each, i plan to cook 2) Could i follow the same method in your video? Maybe place the cut side face down while cooking?
😂 @mitchellharper5853 yeah I normally glaze in the BBQ and get it everywhere, figured to drag it out to let everyone see it close up as I glaze, because people like to see close ups. So not really needed for this one, but I wasn;t taking out after it was in, but good pick up
@@SchueysBBQ Bugger. I knew I'd seen you do that before. Thank you. I even googled Schueys ham. Unfortunately the algorithm took me to mmmm other sites 🤣🤣🤣
Use anything with sugar in it @rooboy99, I used pineapple and cherry as they were traditionally placed over the hams. You could use apple, orange or any other high sugar juice
Whiskey timer sounds like a plan Schuey! Rock On! 🍸🍸🍸🍸🍸
Looks great legend! Thanks Schuey!

Hi Schuey. How would you cook if differently if the bone was still in the leg of lamb?
@paulr3511 I'd do it like this mate th-cam.com/video/B0OxA-GjIKE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=4UjilPFSZM7rlWVj

Hey Schuester, do you recommend a substitute for the cherry juice? Or does this help with the colour?

@@SchueysBBQthx mate. Have a great xmas
What’s this cut of meat called? Can’t find anything that looks like that in the UK.
It is a a deboned leg of ham (cured pork) they press it together when curing to keep the shape. @daveleetaxi
Hole in one haha
Thanks @scottrea3024 about time 😂
With your word "untraditionalise", I would call it a new word. All words at some point were made up. Love the videos mate. Keep them coming.
If that doesn’t get a few ooo’s and arrghhs nothing will
That ain’t no ham. Must be an Aussie thing 😂
