The Courier receives a radio signal on his(her) Pip-boy from the mysterious voice of Vera Keyes... transmits the radio signal to discover the secrets and treasures hidden in the Sierra Madre. But once there the Courier faints, and when he(she) wakes up finally realises that he is trapped by an explosive collar around his(her) neck. The Courier is confronted by Father Elijah, the man who has trapped him in The Sierra Madre, now she(he) is under his control and must forcibly follow his orders or (she) he dies. The Courier has no another choice. Entering and rob into the Sierra Madre Casino for Elijah. But the Courier has a plan in mind once he's (she) inside the treasure room, intends to seize all 37 Sierra Madre gold and then lure Father Elijah inside the Vault-Tec chamber and stuck him there for eternity.
