I feel like I collapse into this position as I sleep. Are there any suggestions on positions to sleep that are not crunching forward? i hug a body pillow and sleep on my side.
I am not a doctor or professional at all, but I did see a video a while ago. Try to sleep with your pillow vertical instead of horizontal, with the top of the pillow under your head and the bottom of the pillow near your lower back. Or no pillow at all. Sleeping on your back with both positions
Thank you, Leon and Dr. Oliver. I think I may misunderstand what Dr. Oliver said in this video: did he say don't do the thoracic rotation too much? I am a bit confused about his comment: did he mean people usually don't want to do this rotation too much because it's difficult or did he mean doing too much of this exercise can hurt our thoracic? I am confused because his comment afterward was that people do this exercise 2-3 times a day....
I’ve been using the foam roller for a month now and it had REALLY loosened up my upper back. So much so that now my upper back pops sometimeson it’s own when taking a deep breath! Is that bones or muscles that I’m hearing or is there any way to know?
4:00 in is when the first move takes place
Very useful video, thank you!
Great! I was just wondering how to get rid of this in both my husband and I. We will start tomorrow.
You got this!
Any update ?
Please recommend some foam rollers. Thank you

I was getting Botox from the tension and headaches. Now I’m gonna try this. I noticed I had a terrible hump yesterday when getting a massage.
my guy leon harnessed the way of the snapping turtle absolutely masterfully for this vid on the hyperkyphosis bullshit we're all dealing with
I'm guessing it's a compliment, Thanks!

How many reps and when would you see results?

Dr. Oliver meant, this is an exercise "You can't do too much of"... meaning do it as much as you can.
Awesome video thanks!
Glad you liked it!

How often and how long should one person complete these exercises in order to see a reduction in the buffalo hump?
