Just wanted to say you can hit the X at nighttime, when you chop the tree it will show some dust particles where the next X gets spray painted onto the tree, and if you have good screen centring (which most rust players do) it’s not difficult to hit each time at all. Guy was fucking cheating but I just wanted to throw that out there
you can also do it with ore nodes, there's a little golden pixel that blinks for a second after you hit the critical.

Keep in mind Camomo might be using low brightness settings on his monitor so that can be a factor in seeing the particles or not.
I really actually appreciate when you explain how you're doing stuff like the entity tracking and how that works for those of us non-admin. Makes the videos a lot easier to understand (as far as what you're doing and why) as well as tips on what to watch out for and report if we see/suspect cheaters. still hard as hell to do and not going to get it first swing everytime. Also if you miss/lose track of it it, you are most likely screwed and wont find it again.

10:00 I'm not denying the fact that this guy is cheating, but hitting trees at night it actually possible if you find the first X. Once you hit the first X the second one spawns with a little white spray effect that you can see at night. Along with a crosshair (crosshair X or something) this is a quite easy task. The spray effect happens every time an X spawns, but if you miss it or forget where the spray was you will struggle for a few seconds trying to find it again lol.

9:20 as a farmer with over 10k hours, you can hit the tree x in the dark when you hit the tree it will show some dust particles where the next x is, but its kinda hard to se and if you lose the x you're not gonna find it again

I was playing on the mango 5x yesterday and me and my team got rolled by a very blatant cheater he jumped out of a mini and triple head shot all of us without missing without aiming from 80-100m and he got banned by an admin within 2 minutes

At night time you can hit the x on tree's. Theres like a gray smokey area that pops up as soon as you hit the tree (that is the x). Hit where you saw the smoke and the new x will appear in the same manner. Its not a perfect way for instance if the x moves to the other side of the tree like palm tree's but it works most of the time

Thing is the chances of the smoke being placed where you can't see it, either around the tree, to high, to low, or inside of a nearby object, is pretty likely so having perfect aim gor every x at night is incredibly suspicious.

My night time tree farming game is on point frfr... The X glows slightly when it flashes in the next position. It's not foolproof but I can hit 8 out of 10 swings give or take! NO HACKA

Glad I found this channel, this made me 100 percent positive that I was right about people cheating, I was hiding in a bush at night and a naked with a bow killed me out of nowhere.
It's actually easy to hit the X at night because there's dust that comes off the X each time and it's light so you can see where the X was from that, not denying that guy was cheating obviously but it is definitely possible to get the X every time in the dark.

@@gdgd5194 I've done it literally hundreds of times, a lot of times you'll miss where the particles were and won't be able to do it because you can't find it if you miss that, but as long as you see the particles and aren't so bad at the game that you can't aim at them then it's easy

Rustralia maybe.. I've played on their server several times and distinctly remember seeing in-game chat where players were being kicked and banned for all sorts of f**kery. I saw admins booting players left and right as well as anti cheat. But I mostly play official servers that will kick players that have ANY bans in their history.

@10:25 it is possible to hit the X often, if you hit it once, you will see a little "cloud" appear if a new X spawns. I think it could atleast be possible. To hit the first X is hardest

Hitting the X at night is not that hard… theres a smoke coming out and its pretty easy to do it, once you miss it tho its not too easy to find it again so on that only aspect i dont agree, but this guy obviously missed and kept hitting like nothing happen, and ofcourse picking up things at night so its obv he was using something

Camomo, you can hit x’s at night on trees, it’s easy. He is still definitely cheating but It is extremely easy to hit them, they make a dust mark when you hit them that moves to the next location. I do it all the time.

The poof of smoke is a really good visual indicator of where the X actually is, since the poof of smoke always comes from where the X just spawned. I can chop trees perfectly fine at night using the trick, so people that chop trees at night and hit the X a decent amount aren't cheating unless the X spawns on the other side of the tree and they rotate around the tree and still hit it.

Hitting the red X during night isn't actually that hard. You just rely on where the smoke appears after hitting it.

Never played Rust, but I cant stop watching these.
You can hit the x at night while farming wood. After you hit the the tree the first time there will be a small splash animation. This is the position of the x. When you hit the x the splash animation moves to the new location of the x. Just try to remember where the position is and hit this exact position. This is how I farm wood in rust since months - at night!
Heyy just as a heads up, you can tell where the X is on trees at night; its where the sparks come out! So if you can hit it once, you can see where the next one is, and keep on it! Perhaps try it out so you can see how plausible it is someones doing it this way vs cheating

Camomo as a farmer for large clans, i spend 95% of my time farming with little over 1400 hours now, you can hit trees at night. you can see a puff of smoke when the X appears on the next location as well as sound. you may not have 100% accuracy hits on X but with my time i can get 95% hit x during night.
now on the other hand regular players like this guy is 100% sketchy

It's actually possible to hit an X on a tree at night, and easy if you know what to look for. The X appearing leaves a puff of smoke that is easy to spot in the dark, but you have to be paying attention. Can be hard if the spot was on the other side of the tree tho
A cool plug in would be turning the cheaters volume too max and sending the chicken army onto them, that would both scare me and ruin my hearing 😂🐔

The night vision thing might not be a hack, there was a bug where you equip the night goggles and then take it off as you die, then have your friend pick you up. Don’t know if it’s still a thing.
Edit: Just tested, but doesn’t work anymore, so yeah that was was cheating

Actually camomo i can hit a tree at night because whenever the next cross is going to draw u can see a little bit of dust at the location of the cross so u can know where to hit

I can't tell from this recording, but you can tell where the X is even at night because it does a puff of smoke where it moves to. When I was more scared of farming, I use to farm trees at night to avoid being killed. So it's possible to get every X in pitch black like in this video.
you can see a white mist appear when the X is sprayed allowing to hit at night. very hard to see and sometimes hops to other side of tree, not impossible, just very difficult. he was definitely seeing at night tho
