It is showing its age. Empires and great powers last on average no more than 200 years and the US is already past that. The US has entered its apogee and is beginning to slowly decline. I do not think it will be a harsh sudden decline but it has already entered a state of subtle decline. Decline in leadership, decline in its military and decline in the trust of its institution. Not to mention how decadent the people have become, just like the Roman empire was not long before its collapse. @@LordVader1094

24:39 Consider the use of logic. What will solve this issue? Perhaps it will be the ability to ignore it? Perhaps it will be paying off the thugs? Perhaps surrender? Ask yourself: How does one proceed to solve a problem? Its your country so I have the thought that asking others to come from far away to solve your country's thug problem isn't necessarily the answer that is stands out in my opinion. The problem with This is that there is no reasoning with these people, they truly believe they have the right to rule our land, they truly believe it's Their land. There is no other way than to fight it where it breeds, but for that we need to drop This bs about tying our soldiers hands with ridiculous rules of engagement, situations where they clearly see they are being surrounded and can't engage the Enemy until they fire upon them....This is a problem man,if you can't see the danger of ignoring This look at the past, what they have managed to do with little issue in France,US,etc...they Will come to us even if we leave it Alone. Just because you want to ignore it doesn't mean it isn't a risk.

@ddontyy the French served in Afghanistan as well, so I wouldn't be so quick to use that as your argument. As far as Afghanistan and Mali are concerned, they are not comparable. Just line the French were successful in capturing the major cities of Mali, the US-led ISAF was successful in capturing all of the major cities and provinces in Afghanistan. The difference is that the French didn't set up shop and try to nation-build in Mali as the ISAF had. Pretty well actually. 10 yrs in USMC , retired then went to contracting. Worked in central Fl. I’ll leave it at that. But we are very capable to fight them. We are 1 of 3/4 countries that has soldiers who haven’t just done practice drills & theory crafting about , oh in this situation, it will probably happen like this, then will respond like this…. What counts is actually being there. Seeing how mistakes are made, what wrks & what doesn’t. We have soldiers who have been deployed 6-9 combat rotations. Use to be rare to be a soldier just coming into the military and right after boot camp going to various hotspots around the world. When I first went in, it was common to have your cadre and instructors, who have been in the military many years, but yet never seen actual combat. As I stated earlier, you now have privates all the way up to high ranking brass thats been to combat. Plus, our citizens in the US have multiple, multiple pistols and rifles. Plenty of ammunition. This isn’t me pounding my chest, claiming that we who are US citizens have the best equipment, and the best in every area. But I am saying that physically, being down range, bullets cracking over your head, and witnessing everything that comes along with being at war. Seeing how the plans that on paper looked like good plans, but in action didn’t turn out so well. All that said, me and my fellow soldiers, And most of our arm forces don’t wish war on anyone nor want a war here. But if it happened, we have a huge veteran community that can mobilize pretty fast and help citizens and their neighbors, who, more than likely have at least one or two weapons. So yes, we would not like to have any more wars, but if it does come to the US, we won’t just roll over and let it happen. Pray for peace.
GOD loves you all. Follow him.
